Lieutenant JG Charles Carmichael was a scientist assigned to the USS Black Hawk-A. He was once possessed by the Dolmoqour and coordinated all Dolmoqour efforts aboard the USS Black Hawk. He, and his Dolmoqour puppetmaster, were killed during an attempted mutiny to gain control of the ship.
