The Civilian Department is composed of 20 people. This department is responsible for crew morale and facilitating the needs of everyday life aboard the vessel.

Civilian Management

Civilian Affairs Liaison
Classification: Civilian
Description:
The CAL is a civilian appointed to act as a go-between for Starfleet and the civilians they are in close contact with. Liaisons are vital in facilities like Starbases or colonies where there are a vast number of not only civilians, but businesses as well.
