Rakhar, located in the Rakhari Sector, was an inhabited M Class planet in the Gamma Quadrant and the homeworld of the Rakhari species. Nehelik Province was an area in the southern hemisphere of the planet.
In the 2360s, a Rakhari named Croden spoke out against the repressive policies of the government. For doing so, Croden's entire family was put to death, although he was able to save and hide his daughter Yareth.
