Commodore Juliana Terlexa was the Senior Consortium Agent operating within Task Force 9. She was instrumental in engineering and executing a hostile takeover of the Task Force and Deep Space 11. Her current whereabouts are unknown.

History

Commodore Terlexa's background as Strategic Operations Officer led her to be assigned to Betazed during the Dominion War. She was in the Operations Center on that planet when the Dominion conquered the planet. Her husband and two young daughters sought to escape in one of the personnel transports evacuating the planet; they were destroyed by the Dominion invasion force.

This led to her resentment of Starfleet. Eventually she was assigned to command Deep Space 11, the local command center for Starfleet in the Gamma Quadrant, under Admiral Adislo. She came across telepathic members of the Consortium, who detected her resentment of Starfleet, and used it to gain an ally for their cause. In May of 2388, when The Event began, then Captain Terlexa led the charge to incapacitate the senior staff of the Task Force. Aside from the evasion of Vice Admiral Adislo, she was largely successful. She immediately assumed command of both the Task Force and Deep Space 11, promoting herself to Commodore in the process.

From Deep Space 11, Terlexa coordinated all Consortium activities. Tired of dealing with the troublesome Starfleet remnant, she authorized the Battle of Starbase Unity. When that failed, she consolidated all her forces to guard both DS11 and the Bajoran wormhole. The Consortium fought hard for both locations, only to fail completely. Terlexa ordered New Bajor to burn, and many ships had razed the planet in the hours before the battle. Commodore Terlexa herself escaped during the heat of the battle. No one was able to pursue, and no one has heard from her since.
