Deck Three is the Administration hub for the entire ship, featuring the offices for both the Executive Officer and the Chief Flight Controller.
When an individual first enters, they are greeted in a reception area and given a place to wait until someone can see them. A communal work area is nearby for the yeoman pool to attend to whatever tasks are before them.
The Captain's Yeoman also has an office in administration, the only yeoman to have her own private office. A secondary office is nearby for all of the yeomans to share for private conversations, calls, and such.
