"Starfleet Intelligence"
Civilian Affairs Liaison
Classification: Civilian
Description:
The CAL is a civilian appointed to act as a go-between for Starfleet and the civilians they are in close contact with. Liaisons are vital in facilities like Starbases or colonies where there are a vast number of not only civilians, but businesses as well. The larger starships of today’s Starfleet also carry a complement of civilians that are contracted by the Fleet. Commanding officers may appoint liaisons they feel will represent the population properly, or they may defer the selections to the civilians themselves. The Civilian Affairs Liaison is not a member of the Senior Staff, but has limited access to the Command Staff as he or she is the go-between for Starfleet and the civilians.
Recreational Director

Description:
The Recreational Director is tasked with overseeing operations regarding the many off-duty options available to ship’s crew. This Individual reports to the CAL. The Director has multiple Managers who report to him regarding their assigned areas:

The Management of Crew Lounges 1 and 2 would also fall under the purview of the Talon’s Lounge Manager. This individual reports to the CAL.
