With everyone's help, he hatches a plan to flank and surround the wounded G90B craft and put an end to all of this. Meanwhile, down in Sickbay, Lieutenant Mitchell meets with the survivors to debrief them on their time in the nebula.

			As the ''Black Hawk'' and the fighters separately approach G90B's supposed coordinates, Commodore Geisler is summoned back down to the Flight Deck. Minutes later, the doors to the flight deck are blown open, and the alien spacecraft escapes. The ''Black Hawk'' loses power as a result of the incident, and the Flight Deck is rendered as unusable until repairs could be affected. Commander Reynolds acts quickly in an attempt to catch the spacecraft again, thinking that the Geislers were aboard. The tractor beam failed to initialize, but his fears are soon relieved as Commander Geisler summons a medical emergency from the Flight Deck as she and the Commodore were able to escape prior to the craft's launch.

			The decision is made to withdraw the ''Black Hawk'' and the squadron from the nebula in order to properly affect repairs, thus allowing G90B to properly escape and disappear once more.

She reveals that she is a clone and had been masquerading as his wife for an undeclared amount of time. The object is opened, and a near-perfect clone of Harvey was found inside. Joey stuns Harvey and begins work to replace him with the clone. Meanwhile, a changeling appears and assumes Harvey's appearance. The changeling leaves the spacecraft with false information designed to deceive the crew of the Black Hawk into thinking they were tracking down G90B, when in fact it was just a wild goose chase.''
